The events feature inside each community is how you keep members plugged in. Your live trainings, replays, workshops, and special sessions all live in one place. This guide walks you through setting up events in both your free and paid communities.

Why You Need an Event Calendar

Before You Start: Pick Your Day and Time
Be consistent without fail. Same day, same time, every week. This commitment is what makes everything else work.
Step 1: Access Your Group
- Go to Memberships → Communities → Groups.
- Open your community.
Step 2: Open the Events Tab
- Inside the group, find the Events tab at the top.
Step 3: Create a New Event
- Click Create New Event.
- Fill in the event details (Name, Description, Date, Time, Location).
- Click Save.
Naming tip: Use a simple generic name like "Live Session" or "Weekly Coaching."
Where Your Recordings Live
If you host on Zoom, the recording stays in Zoom. If you host with native streaming, recordings are saved automatically to the Recordings Hub.
