Create a Free Course and Offer for Your Live Training Replays

Your live training replays are gold. This guide shows you how to package them into a free course, wrap that course in an offer, and grant access automatically every time a new lead comes in.

The Big Picture: Course vs. Offer

• A course is the actual content.
• An offer is a package. Workflows grant access to offers.

Step 1: Create Your Free Course

1. Go to the Memberships tab.
2. Click Courses.
3. Click Products.
4. Click Create Product.

Step 2: Add Your Live Training Replays

1. Click into your new course.
2. Add a Category.
3. Inside the category, click Add Lesson for each replay.

Step 3: Create the Offer

1. Go to Courses → Offers.
2. Click Create Offer.
3. Add your course to the offer.
4. Set the price to Free.

Step 4: Add the Offer to Your Lead Workflow

1. Go to Automation → Workflows.
2. Open your lead capture workflow.
3. Add the action Course Grant Offer.
4. Select your new offer.
