How to Generate Your Pre-Live Content

    Last updated: May 12, 2026

Pre-Live Content is where one topic becomes a full week of promotional material. The topic you picked on the Topic Ideas page lands here. You confirm the details, set your session date and time, verify your CTAs, and click one button. MVA generates your promotional email, your universal social post, your free community post, and your paid community post — all branded, all in your voice, all ready to push out. This article walks you through every section of the Pre-Live page and explains what each piece of content is for. Quick note: Everything below pushes content into our partner system. My Vision Agency is the white label brand, so whether you use your own account or an MVA-branded one through us, the workflow is the same.

    What you'll learn:

    • How the topic from Topic Ideas carries over to Pre-Live Content
    • How to review and edit your topic before content is generated
    • How to set your session date and time the right way
    • How to verify (or pick) your Free Community CTA and Main Offer CTA
    • What the four generated content pieces are and what each one does
    • How to push content directly to our partner system or hand it off to the Vision Assistant
    • Why the paid community post creates FOMO and drives upgrades

Where Pre-Live Content Fits in the Workflow

This is step 2 of the weekly content workflow:

    1. Topic Ideas — you picked a trending topic and clicked Use This.
    2. Pre-Live Content (this article) — that topic carries over here. You generate all your promotional content in one click.
    3. During Live — you go live in your community using the teaching outline.
    4. Post-Live Content — you paste your transcript and MVA turns it into a blog post and YouTube content.

Pre-Live takes the most time of any step (about 10 minutes) — but only because you are reviewing what MVA already generated for you. The actual work is done before you arrive.

    Section 1: Review Your Topic

At the top of the Pre-Live page, you will see the topic you picked from Topic Ideas. The full topic carried over, including:

    • Key Points — the 3 main teaching points with timing
    • Avatar Connection — how this topic connects to your Perfect Customer Avatar
    • Opening Hook — the line you say when you go live
    • Closing CTA — your call to action at the end of the session
    • Presenter Tip — coaching note from MVA for this specific topic
    • Confidence Level — how MVA rates this topic for first-timers vs experienced presenters
    • Source — whether it came from Scan a Link or Quick Questions

Important: Read through this before you generate content. If you want to change anything — rewrite a key point, adjust the hook, tweak the CTA — edit it now. All the content MVA generates below uses this topic as its foundation. Change it before clicking Generate, not after.

Section 2: Set Your Session Date & Time

This is where you tell MVA exactly when your live session is happening. The date, time, and timezone you set here get woven into every piece of content — so your audience knows when to show up.

    1. Pick your Date (the day you are going live).
    2. Pick your Time (the start time in your timezone).
    3. Pick your Timezone.

Heads up: Use the same day and time you set up in your community event calendar. If you committed to going live every Thursday at 2 PM EST, set Thursday 2 PM EST here. Consistency is what trains your audience to show up week after week.

Tip: Click the star next to your time and timezone to save them as defaults. Next week, your date and time will auto-fill — saving you another minute every week.

Section 3: Verify Your Calls to Action

Every piece of content needs a CTA. Pre-Live uses two:

    Free Community CTA

This is the CTA that goes on every public-facing piece of content — your social posts, your promotional email. The goal: drive cold traffic into your free community where they can watch the training.

If you set a default Free Community CTA in your Saved CTAs, it auto-fills here. If you did not, click the box to pick one or create a new one.

    Main Offer CTA

This is the CTA that goes inside your community posts. The goal: drive free community members to upgrade to your paid offer.

Same rule — if you have a default Main Offer CTA in your Saved CTAs, it auto-fills. If you do not, pick one or create a new one.

Important: Both CTAs are required before MVA will generate content. If a default is not set in your brain, set one now so this auto-fills every week going forward.

    Section 4: Generate Your Content

Once your topic is right, your date and time are set, and both CTAs are verified — click Generate All Content.

MVA generates four pieces of content at once:

    1. Promotional Email
    2. Universal Social Post
    3. Free Community Post
    4. Paid Community Post

Each one is built around the same topic, uses your brand voice, includes the right CTA for its purpose, and references your session date and time. Total generation time: less than a minute.

    The Promotional Email

The first piece is a full promotional email designed to drive people to your free community to attend the live training.

    Three Subject Line Options

MVA gives you three subject lines using 5 proven formulas. Each one is scored out of 100 based on click-through potential. Common formula types:

    • Question — asks something that triggers curiosity
    • How-To — promises a specific outcome
    • Scarcity — uses urgency or limited availability

One option is marked Recommended based on your brain. The selected subject line also shows quality tags like:

    • Emotional Impact
    • Optimal Length
    • Clear & Specific
    • Curiosity Gap

You can also see A/B test options at the bottom — pick the subject line that best fits the energy of your audience this week.

    The Email Body

The email body uses custom values like {{contact.first_name}} — so personalization is automatic. No editing needed. The session date, time, and CTA all auto-fill from the sections above.

What You Can Do With the Email

    • Regenerate — get a fresh version with one click
    • Copy — copy the full email to your clipboard
    • Send to Vision Assistant — open it in the Vision Assistant chat to rewrite, refine, or change the angle
    • Push to HighLevel — sends it directly to your account as a branded HTML email template, ready to schedule

What "Push to HighLevel" actually does: Creates a fully designed, branded HTML email template inside your email builder. You go to Marketing → Emails and schedule it to send to your list whenever you want it to go out.

    The Universal Social Post

The second piece is one social media post designed to be shared across every platform you use — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, anywhere your audience hangs out.

The post promotes your live session, points to your free community as the place to watch, and includes your session date, time, and the Free Community CTA.

What you can do with the post:

    • Regenerate — get a new version with different wording
    • Copy — copy the text to paste manually anywhere
    • Generate Image — click the image icon to send the topic to the Vision Assistant for image generation. MVA creates a branded image to pair with the post.
    • Send to Vision Assistant — open the post in chat to refine or rewrite
    • Schedule in HighLevel — send it directly to your Social Planner to schedule across your connected platforms

    The Free Community Post

The third piece is a post designed specifically for your free community. This is what you post inside your community feed to announce the training to existing free members.

Goal: drive your free members to show up to the live session — where they will see your Main Offer CTA and feel the value of your paid plan.

What you can do with the post:

    • Regenerate
    • Copy
    • Send to Vision Assistant
    • Schedule in HighLevel (to your free community)

    The Paid Community Post

The fourth piece is the same idea — but written for your paid members. Posted inside your paid community to announce the training to your paying customers.

What "paid community" really means: Your paid community is not necessarily a community you charge for separately. It is the community for your customers — anyone who came in through a paying plan. They get extra access to you. The community itself can be free to enter, but only paying customers get the invite.

    The FOMO Strategy

This is where the Pre-Live content workflow gets clever. Here is how the two community posts work together:

    • Free community members see the announcement and join the live session — but they can only watch. They cannot ask questions or fully participate.
    • Paid community members see their own announcement and join the live session as full participants. They can join the Zoom (or your platform of choice), ask questions, get coached live, and access shared resources.
    • FOMO kicks in. Free members watching see the paid members getting real interaction with you — and they want in. That gap between watching and participating is what converts free members to paying customers.

This is also where the Glass Wall conversion happens. Free members ask the kind of questions that hit your paid plan boundaries — and you give them a glimpse of the answer, then point them to your paid offer. The paid community post supports that whole loop by making sure your paying customers know to show up live.

What you can do with the post:

    • Regenerate
    • Copy
    • Send to Vision Assistant
    • Schedule in HighLevel (to your paid community via Social Planner)

    Export All (Optional)

At the bottom of the page, there is an Export All button. Click it to download all four pieces of content at once — useful if you want a backup or want to paste content into other tools manually.

    What Happens Next

Once your content is generated and pushed (or scheduled) to HighLevel:

    1. Schedule your promotional email to go out a day or two before the live session.
    2. Schedule your universal social post across your social channels in the days leading up to the live.
    3. Post (or schedule) your free community post inside your free community.
    4. Post (or schedule) your paid community post inside your paid community.
    5. Click Next: During Live to move to the next step of the workflow — your live session.

That is your full week of promotional content done in 10 minutes. Stop trading your life for a paycheck. Let the system do the work.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to change the topic after the content is already generated?

Go back to the Review Your Topic section, edit the topic, and click Generate All Content again. MVA regenerates all four pieces around the updated topic. (Heads up — this overwrites your previous versions, so save anything you want to keep first.)

Do I have to use all four pieces of content?

No. Use the pieces that fit your workflow. Most people use all four because the more places you promote, the more attendance you get. But if you only post on Instagram, use the social post. If you only have a free community, skip the paid community post. The point is to remove the work, not force you to use every output.

Will the email send automatically when I click Push to HighLevel?

No. Push to HighLevel creates the email as a template in your HighLevel email builder. You schedule when it actually sends. This gives you full control over the timing.

What if I do not like the generated content?

Use the Regenerate button to try again. If that still does not work, click Send to Vision Assistant to refine it in chat. The Vision Assistant uses your trained brain, so it can rewrite the content as many times as you need to nail the tone.

Can I edit the email body before pushing to HighLevel?

You can edit it in the Vision Assistant chat (click Send to Vision Assistant first), or copy it, edit it externally, and paste a new version. The email body itself in the Pre-Live page is generated content, not a free-form editor.

How do I generate an image for the social post?

Click the image icon at the top right of the Universal Social Post section. MVA sends the topic to the Vision Assistant, which generates a branded image you can use with your post.

What if I do not have a paid community yet?

You can still generate the paid community post — just skip posting it. Or, build your paid community before you go live. See the related article on creating your free and paid communities.

Will the date and time auto-update if I move my live session?

You will need to update the Date & Time section and regenerate the content. The session date and time get woven into every piece of generated content, so changing one means regenerating all four.

How do I push the social post to HighLevel?

Click the schedule button at the top right of the Universal Social Post section. MVA sends it directly into your Social Planner where you can schedule it across your connected platforms.

Why are the free and paid community posts different?

Because their purpose is different. The free community post drives attendance to convert free members into paid. The paid community post drives attendance to deepen the relationship with your paying customers. Different audiences, different goals, different messaging.
